A readout is not a second study. It is a careful reading of work already done, for people who were not in the clarification call.
We ask for a named list of attendees and their relation to the app. If a director wants a “summary of summaries,” we still open with two timestamps so the room hears the same pauses the memo described. We will not introduce sessions that arrived after the sample lock.
Rooms we know: our Level 9 table (eight seats), and meeting rooms you book in George Town. We do not brief in a noisy café; session files stay closed there anyway.
