These figures are a starting conversation, not a checkout. A quote is issued after intake, once we know how the sessions were gathered and how many screens sit in bounds.
From RM 14,800 for a sample of 24 sessions and one stretch of screens (for example, basket to paid). Larger samples, bilingual reading, or a weekend rush after a release are quoted above that floor.
From RM 6,400 when the screen set is already agreed and the sample is under 30 visits. Extra branches that appear still get drawn; extra screens you add after lock are a change request.
RM 2,200 for ninety minutes at our studio. A briefing in your Penang Island meeting room adds travel time billed at RM 450. Readouts are only booked against a finished memo.
From RM 9,600 for three half-days with four to eight staff, using your sample. Extra people beyond eight sit out; the room does not scale by pulling up extra chairs.
RM 3,100 for a day of additional annotation after a study closes, if new lawful clips arrive and you want them in a short addendum rather than a new study.
A 40% deposit holds the calendar slot. The remainder is due when the memo is issued, or on the last practice day. We invoice in ringgit. See the refund page for cancellations, no-shows, and work already started.
We do not rent hours of a viewing product. We do not discount a study because a previous vendor already “looked at the numbers.” If that earlier work included timestamps we can reuse, say so — it may shrink the first pass, not the second.
